Recent Evaluation

Mid Ulster Child Contact Centre has recently secured funding from Lloyds to complete a review of their service. Helen Keys Business Support carried out an external review of the activities of Mid Ulster Child Contact Centre. It is intended, not just as an evaluation of the work in the centre over the last three years, but also as an action plan going forward. The work involved surveys of volunteers, parents and referral agencies to which 82 people responded. Facilitated sessions were held with the management committee and volunteers. A further 27 people participated in either face to face or telephone interviews providing honest feedback and useful insight.
